- What counts as an hour?
- The length of the recording we process. A 45 minute call uses 45 minutes, whether the bot joined it or you uploaded it afterwards. Re-running the analysis on a meeting you already have costs nothing extra.
- What happens when I run out?
- New recordings and uploads pause until the next billing period, or until you upgrade. Nothing already in the workspace is touched, and you are never charged for overage you did not choose. We email the owner at 80 percent so it is not a surprise.
- Do you charge per person?
- No. Plans have a seat limit, but the price is for the workspace. Inviting the colleague who only ever reads the notes does not cost more, and a pending invite counts against the limit so you cannot accidentally oversubscribe.
- Can I change plan later?
- Yes, from the billing settings. Cancel the plan you are on (it keeps running until the end of the period you paid for), then choose the new one. That way you are never billed for two plans at once. A lifetime deal can be bought at any time and replaces a monthly plan straight away.
- How do I pay?
- By card through Creem, our payment partner, or with PayPal. Creem acts as the merchant of record, so VAT or sales tax is worked out for your country at checkout and your invoice comes from them. Either way you get exactly the same plan.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes. Ask within 14 days of your first payment on a plan, or within 14 days of an upgrade, and we refund it in full with no reason required. After that, cancelling stops the next charge and you keep access to the end of the period you paid for. The refund policy covers lifetime deals and AppSumo codes too.
- What if I cancel?
- You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. After that the workspace moves to the free plan: every meeting stays, and new recordings are limited to the free plan's hours. Content is only deleted if you close the workspace, 30 days after closing it.
