Roadmap

What we have built, and what comes next

Notepik ships in small, steady steps. Here is every month since the first line of code in July 2026, from the meeting bot to three languages and a CRM sync, followed by what we plan to build next.

Shipped

  1. October 2026

    Follow-through

Getting what was agreed out of the meeting and into the places where work happens.

    NewHubSpot sync

Meetings, notes and open action items logged on the right HubSpot contacts and companies, matched by attendee email.

    NewFollow-up email drafts

A draft built from the summary and action items, which you review and send from your own mail app. Notepik never sends it for you.

SecuritySecurity updates and calendar safety net

Dependencies updated against published advisories, and connected calendars re-checked regularly so a missed update cannot stall auto-join.

    ImprovedA clearer Free plan

The billing page shows Free as your current plan and never asks for a payment method on it.

    NewA narrated product walkthrough

A complete tour of a workspace, narrated in English, French and Arabic, on the features page and in the guide.

  2. September 2026

Uploads, three languages and deeper insight

The busiest month so far: recordings you already have, Notepik in French and Arabic, and a set of features for what happens after the call.

NewA Free plan for every workspace

Every workspace now starts on a real Free plan, and one-time payment plans were added alongside monthly and yearly ones.

    SecurityTighter database permissions

Sign-in data was locked down further and is now covered by an automated check, and every admin change requires a fresh password confirmation.

    NewUpload a recording

Upload an audio or video file you already have and get the same transcript, summary and action items as a live call.

    ImprovedSimpler, fairer payments

Card checkout through a merchant of record that handles VAT and sales tax, a published 14 day refund policy, and a safeguard against paying for two subscriptions at once.

    NewFrench and Arabic

The whole website, sign-in, the workspace and shared pages in French and Arabic, with Arabic laid out right to left. Ask understands questions in Arabic too.

    NewNotifications, API and recording playback

An in-app inbox, a read-only API with signed webhooks for Zapier, Make and n8n, and playback that starts from any line of the transcript.

    NewMeeting insights

Talk time, questions and topics for every meeting, an estimate of the tone with its reason, and trends across your workspace.

    ImprovedFaster, sturdier pages

Pages build and load with less database work, videos load only when you press play, and database connections were made safe under heavy load.

  3. August 2026

    Teamwork, reliability and launch

From a tool for one person to a shared meeting library, with billing, email, background jobs and a security review before launch.

    NewA shared meeting library

Tags, full-text search, comments with @mentions, and action items you can assign and tick off.

    NewSlack, Asana, Trello and ClickUp

Send a meeting’s summary and action items to the tools your team already works in.

    NewPlans, billing and email

Paid plans by card or PayPal with monthly hours, plus emails for meetings ready, tasks assigned, mentions and digests.

ImprovedJobs that recover on their own

Scheduled checks catch a bot or a write-up that stalled and retry it, so a lost notification no longer leaves a meeting stuck.

    SecuritySecurity review before launch

Rate limits on sign-in, sign-up and password reset, strict security headers, and clear error pages with a retry button.

    NewCalendar auto-join

Connect Google or Microsoft 365 and the bot joins the meetings you choose, with no link to paste.

    NewAsk, share links and export

Ask a question across every meeting and get an answer with links to the exact moment, share a read-only page, or export to Markdown or PDF.

NewThe user guide and the blog

A step-by-step guide from the first call to integrations, and practical articles on meeting notes.

  4. July 2026

    The foundations

Accounts, shared workspaces and the core loop: a bot joins the call, and a written-up meeting comes back.

    NewWorkspaces and team roles

Sign in with email or Google, create a workspace for your company, and invite colleagues as owner, admin, member or viewer.

    SecurityIsolation enforced by the database

Every table holding customer data is protected by PostgreSQL Row-Level Security from the first version, so one workspace can never read another’s meetings.

NewA meeting bot for Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams

Paste a meeting link and a visible bot joins, records and transcribes the call, with every speaker named.

    NewSummaries, decisions and action items

Minutes after the call ends, a summary, the key decisions and action items with a suggested owner and due date.

Planned

What we intend to build, roughly in order. None of it has a date yet, and none of it is available today.

Next

Emails in French and Arabic

Every email Notepik sends, in the language you use the product in.

Better search in French and Arabic

Search that matches the different forms of a word in French and Arabic, as it already does in English.

An API that can act

Send a bot to a meeting or update an action item from Zapier, Make, n8n or your own code, with the same usage limits as the workspace.

Later

Salesforce and Pipedrive

The same meeting sync HubSpot has today, for the next two CRMs.

A listed Zapier app

Connect Notepik from inside Zapier, without pasting a webhook address.

Search by meaning

Find a meeting by what was meant, not only the exact words that were said.
